Da Buzz Raw Honey
Sea Salt (if desired)
Clean and cut carrots into desired size. ( for firmer carrots leave them in the largest pieces that will fit in the jar). Stuff sanitized jars full of carrots, making sure you leave a 1/2 inch of head space at the top of the jar.
Add 1/2 teas honey, 1 teas. lemon juice and a dash of salt into each pint jar. Fill the jar with hot water allowing 1/2" of headspace .Lid the jars and then process them for 20 minutes.
