​1 ripe banana

2 prunes, cooked & pitted

1 Tbsp ground flax seed

1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup real orange juice

1 Tbsp Da Buzz Raw Honey

1 tsp ( up to 1 Tbsp)  Da Buzz Bee Pollen

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. 

*Note: A Tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter can be added for extra energy.

Makes about 10 oz.

       ​Healthy Blender Drink

​2 kale leaves

1 carrot, peeled and sliced

1 apple, cored and sliced

1 banana

2 cup blueberries, frozen

1/2 cup kefir

1 cup water

2 Tbsp Da Buzz Raw Honey

1-2 teas. Da Buzz Royal Jelly

​Blend all ingredients in blender.

2 eggs beaten

2 Tbsp Da Buzz Raw Honey

​2 cups cold milk or plain soy milk

1/2 teas. vanilla extract

Dash of nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)

2 Tbsp Da Buzz Bee Pollen

Combine eggs with honey and bee pollen and mix well. Beat in milk and vanilla. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon

                 Cocoa Buzz

1 cup frozen berry blend, organic preferred

1 banana, mango or pear

1 scoop protein powder

1/2 teas. chia seeds

Dash of turmeric

1 scoop of Green powder ( Wild Greens)


1 Tbsp Da Buzz Bee Pollen

1 Tbsp Omego Oil

1 teas. flax seed

Pure juice to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender, Blend to thinkness desired,

Drink Recipes

​             ​Vegan Smoothie

1 spoonful unsweetened cocoa powder

1 spoonful Da Buzz Honey

Propolis ( about 20 drops - 1 squirt)

Hot water

Put a spoonful of cocoa powder in a mug and add honey. ( adjust cocoa to honey ratio to desired sweeter taste) Add propolis and any other flavorings. Add hot water and drink up.

Optional Flavorings: 

  -  teas. or so Da Buzz Royal Jelly

  -  pinch of cayenne

  -  pinch of nutmeg

  -  pinch of orange zest

  -  bit of vanilla extract
